General Cancellation Guidelines

  1. Standard Cancellation Policy
  • Full Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking and payment typically receive a full refund. The specific time frame for a full refund varies by property and will be outlined in the booking terms.
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 112 days of the check-in date may be eligible for a partial refund, with the exact amount determined by the property owner/operator’s policy. This may include retaining a portion of the booking fee as a cancellation charge.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 56 days of the check-in date or failure to arrive (no-show) may result in no refund. Again, this is subject to the specific terms set by the property owner/operator.
  1. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some properties may offer non-refundable booking rates, which provide a discount in exchange for stricter cancellation terms. For these bookings, no refund will be provided regardless of the cancellation date.

  1. Changes to Reservations
  • Modifications: Any request to change the reservation, such as altering dates or reducing the length of stay, is subject to the property owner/operator’s approval. Additional fees may apply.
  • Rebooking: If you need to cancel but wish to rebook at the same property for different dates, please contact us or the property owner/operator directly. Any rebooking is subject to availability and may involve price adjustments.
  1. Exceptional Circumstances
  • Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen events beyond your control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), the property owner/operator’s policy will dictate the refund or credit available. We encourage you to review these terms carefully before booking.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage. This may provide protection in situations where the property owner/operator’s policy does not offer a refund.

Property-Specific Policies –Each property owner or operator sets their own specific cancellation policy, which will be clearly outlined during the booking process. These policies may include different deadlines, refund percentages, and additional conditions.

Please review the individual property’s cancellation policy before completing your booking. By proceeding with a reservation, you agree to abide by the specific cancellation terms set forth by the property owner/operator.

How to Cancel – To cancel a booking, please send us your written cancellation request and follow the cancellation instructions provided. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance.
