The split-level apartment offers a spacious layout across both the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find an inviting living room with stylish furniture, a cosy fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. It is accompanied by a well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and, free WiFi.

The accommodation includes two spacious double bedrooms and a third flexible guest bedroom with a single bed and an additional pull-out single bed. There are also two shower rooms, one with a WC, a full family suite with a bathroom, and an additional service bathroom with a WC. For your convenience, a washing machine is available in the kitchen, and there’s also ski storage and a sauna for guests to use.

Step outside into the gorgeous private garden with a decked dining terrace, creating the perfect setting for year-round enjoyment. This split-level ground floor apartment is part of a three-storey residence and includes one private parking space.

Chamonix town centre, located in the heart of the valley, is a hub of activity. Buzzing with restaurants, bars and shops, there is always a thriving atmosphere, with the dramatic back drop of the Mont Blanc Massif. The town centre provides easy access to Les Planards beginner ski area, the Aiguille du Midi cable car, and also the Savoy beginner area and Brevent cable car (the Flegere ski area is also accessible via the Brévent liaison cable car). Also located in the town centre is the departing train station for the Montenvers railway, a scenic train journey up the mountain side to the foot of the Mer de Glace.

Prices are on a self-catered basis.

The chalet owners offers the chalet with an additional service charge for the following booking durations and payable with the final balance payment along with Tourist tax as follows:

€405.00 for bookings of 7 days or less

€445.00 for bookings of more than 7 days

The service charge includes the following:

– Bed linen and towels
– End of stay clean

Tourist tax will be calculated and will be added to the balance payment after confirmation of how many adults and children are confirmed to stay in the chalet.
