In the summer months enjoy relaxing on a sun lounger on the large outdoor terrace, overlooking the beautiful garden, with breath-taking views of the Aiguille du Midi and Brevent. Setting this chalet apart during the summer months is the outdoor heated split level swimming pool, its unique surroundings offering the opportunity to swim while gazing up at the Mont Blanc Massif!
During the winter months Chalet Lalasa is the perfect luxury ski chalet, providing everything you need after a hard day on the slopes. Take advantage of the fully equipped luxury spa with hammam steam room, sauna, sunken indoor Jacuzzi, treatment room and outdoor hot tub. Or relax by the open log fireplace with a glass of wine while the kids enjoy a movie in the adjacent cinema room!

To secure the booking, a partial payment of 30% of the quote, is due within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of €2,000.00] must be fully settled: within 56 days of the guest confirmation of intention to book.
Cancellation of Holiday: chalet reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel your holiday.
However, in no case chalet cancel your holiday less than 8 weeks before the scheduled departure except for reasons of ‘force majeure’ which include war, political unrest, strikes, acts of God, natural and technical disaster, closure of ports and aircraft or unless the clients default in the payment of the balance of the holiday price.
In circumstances chalet unable to provide the holiday you have booked we will return to you all monies paid, or offer you an alternative holiday of similar standards and if the cancellation occurs within 12 weeks of departure, compensation on a similar scale to that shown in the Cancellation section.
Cancellation by you
>> More than 70 days before departure: 75% refunded
>> 69 - 45 days before departure: 50% refunded
>> 44 - 15 days before departure: 25% refunded
>> 14 - 0 days before departure: 0% refunded
You shall be responsible for all any losses incurred as a result of cancelling your flights or transfers.

Please ensure that any bank transfer or currency exchange fees are carried by the sender. Chamonix Chalets should receive the exact amount of the booking deposit and/or balance quoted to you.
StripePayments by debit or credit card will include a secure Stripe processing and administration charge of 3.5% of the amount being paid which will be automatically added to the booking amount.
If you pay the deposit by card the balance will automatically be debited from the same card a few days before the balance due date without notice.
If you would like to change your balance payment method please contact us as soon as you know.
Once payments are made you will receive formal confirmation via email.
a) You are required to treat the property and its contents and all other chalet goods with care and respect.chalet will be entitled to recover in full the cost of any damage to any property, contents and goods caused by any member of your group during your stay. Your security deposit is held against any costs or expenses that chalet may incur as a result of any damage or loss arising from your conduct as reasonably determined by chalet.
b) Behaviour deemed unacceptable by chalet , in its sole discretion, will result in the termination of your holiday and you shall be required to vacate the property immediately at your own cost. You shall have no right to any refund or compensation pursuant to clause 5 or in respect of any expenses incurred as a result of termination.
c) As part of this contract you hereby guarantee payment for any and all ancillary purchases and services requested by you or any member of your group either before, during or after your booking.
d) It is your responsibility to advise chalet of any special needs, including providing written details of any allergies (food or otherwise) suffered by any member of your group and chalet shall not be liable as a result of any injuries or damage suffered as a result of such allergies.
e) It is your responsibility to ensure that each member of your group carries adequate travel insurance.
f) If you are staying in a property with a swimming pool, sauna, spa, steam room, and/or jacuzzi you use such facilities at your own risk. chalet and property owners accept no responsibility or liability for any accidents or injuries of any kind which may be suffered or sustained by you or your guests whilst using any such facilities.
g) Children must be supervised at all times at the property and whilst using any facilities including, but not limited to, swimming pools, saunas, spas, steam rooms, hot tubs and/or jacuzzis.
h) If your holiday involves skiing, it is the responsibility of you and your group to judge the suitability of each area in which you ski. If you or any member of your group ski in a location on the recommendation of or are accompanied by an employee of chalet will not be liable for any injuries howsoever caused.
i) chalet can supply a babysitter upon request, but whilst we will use reasonable care in the selection of such babysitter, we can accept not liability or responsibility in connection therewith.
j) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
k) This a no-smoking property.
l) No pets allowed.
m) Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
n) All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
