Property Description
The ground floor consists of a large living and dining area with open fire, a movie room and also a ski and equipment locker. The private south facing gardens have parking facilities for up to three cars and a large south-facing deck to catch the last of the winter sun.
On the upper levels there are two more floors with six spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. All the rooms are south facing each with views of Mont-Blanc.
The Chalet as a whole is unique, being one of the original chalets built when the town of Chamonix was first established. The building itself is 200 years old with features such as the original sweeping staircase, high ceilings and dark oak floors.
Whilst maintaining its original character the chalet also has all the conveniences of a modern chalet with Wifi throughout, a warm home-from-home feel and a fantastic outdoor eight person hot tub with unbeatable views of the majestic Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles du Chamonix.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book.
A 30% deposit of the total cost is required at time of booking for either the complete chalet or per person. The final balance of payment is due 10 weeks prior to departure. If final payment has not been received by this date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit shall not be refunded.
If you cancel:
Within 10 weeks of your arrival – 50% of full amount kept
Within 7 weeks of your arrival – 75% of full amount kept
Within 4 weeks of your arrival – 100% of full amount kept
Cancellation will be taken from the date we receive your notification in our email inbox. Should the booking be made within 10 weeks of the date of departure, the full amount is payable immediately. No contract shall exist between AD & Company Ltd. and yourself until the booking form has been received. Any cancellation made before 10 weeks of arrival will be liable for an administration fee of €300.
Cancellation & Changes
By AD & Company Ltd - In the unlikely event of AD & Company Ltd having to cancel/change your holiday details you will be notified as soon as possible and will have the choice of the following, as applicable:
A - accepting the change.
B - accepting an alternative holiday with us at no extra cost.
C - cancelling your holiday, in which case we will offer you a full refund.
Cancellation other - In the event of war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances amounting to force majeure, AD & Company Ltd. will not be liable to any holiday refund.

Please ensure that any bank transfer or currency exchange fees are carried by the sender. Chamonix Chalets should receive the exact amount of the booking deposit and/or balance quoted to you.
StripePayments by debit or credit card will include a secure Stripe processing and administration charge of 3.5% of the amount being paid which will be automatically added to the booking amount.
If you pay the deposit by card the balance will automatically be debited from the same card a few days before the balance due date without notice.
If you would like to change your balance payment method please contact us as soon as you know.
Once payments are made you will receive formal confirmation via email.
Rules
Deductions from the security deposit
3.1 For damages or breakages
We keep an inventory which identifies any existing damage in the property. Guests are advised to check the property for any further damages or breakages at the beginning of their stay and to inform the owner of any that they find.
Any deductions which the owner makes from a guest’s security deposit for damages or breakages will be supported by receipts showing the cost of repairs or replacement items, and also by photos where appropriate.
3.2 For extra cleaning
Guests are reminded that they must leave the property in the same condition as when they arrived, remove all food items and personal belongings and follow the our instructions about where to place rubbish etc. or they will be liable for extra cleaning costs. If the apartment isn’t left in an acceptable condition and AD & Company Ltd. has to carry out extra cleaning above and beyond what they would normally expect to provide between guests, this will be charged at £25 per hour.
3.3 For replacement keys
Guests must return all keys to the owner or they will be liable for replacement costs, including any changing of the locks required for security reasons.
3.4 Smoking
Smoking in the chalets and around the hot tub is strictly prohibited. Guests found to have been smoking will be charge an automatic £200 charge as all soft furnishings will have to be professionally cleaned. Any further damage caused by cigarettes will be covered under rule 3.1 damages and breakages.
Behaviour
Whilst on AD & Company Ltd. property all clients are expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner. Should their behaviour threaten the condition of the accommodation or seriously impair the enjoyment of other guests, AD & Company Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to further accommodate the guilty party and contractual obligations will be terminated. The guilty party will be liable for the cost of any damage so caused.
Smoking policy
We operate a strictly no smoking policy in all our vehicles and inside our accommodation facilities. If people wish to smoke they must do so outside of these areas. If it is found that you have smoked within our accommodation you will be liable to a cleaning charge of up to £500.00.
Check In / Check Out Times
On arrival your room will be available after 4.00pm on departure day you must vacate your room by 10:30am. If required storage facilities for luggage will be provided on departure day.
