Property Description
The ski slopes are only 300m from the chalet, which accesses the vast ski area of Le Brévent - La Flégère.
The Chalet has been built incorporating rustic materials with a fresh, exclusive modern design and each chalet is equipped with high-end facilities, outdoor hot tubs, ski rooms and a stunning decor throughout.
There are 6 bedrooms in Chalet, sleeping up to 16 people in total. On the lower ground floor of the chalet there are 4 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, and a bunk bedroom that can sleep up to 4 people. Up on the mezzanine floor, there is an additional bedroom which has 4 beds. This room also has an
ensuite shower room. Each bedroom has air conditioning installed should it be needed.
For convenience, there is also garage with ski racks and boot warmers, and an elevator for access between each of the floors. There is also a separate TV room, the perfect space for children to retreat to.
Following through from the living area, you will find the open plan kitchen and dining space. Here there is a large table with enough seats for the whole family to sit down together and enjoy a delicious meal. For those who'd like to socialise, take a seat at the breakfast bar and watch your group's designated cook whips up a storm. The kitchen is well equipped with everything required for a self-catered ski holiday in Chamonix.

Payment Policies
To secure the booking, a partial payment of 35% of the quote, is due within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book
Payment must be fully settled: within 56 days of the guest confirmation of intention to book.
If you choose to cancel your booking you must do so in writing. The date of cancellation shall be the date the cancellation letter/email is received by Chalet. The person submitting the booking form must authorise cancellation. Cancellation charges for the accommodation cost will be as follows:

We may in exceptional circumstances be required to cancel the booking in which case a full refund of all monies paid will be made to the client. We regret we cannot meet any expenses or losses that you may incur as a result of change or cancellation.

Please ensure that any bank transfer or currency exchange fees are carried by the sender. Chamonix Chalets should receive the exact amount of the booking deposit and/or balance quoted to you.
StripePayments by debit or credit card will include a secure Stripe processing and administration charge of 3.5% of the amount being paid which will be automatically added to the booking amount.
If you pay the deposit by card the balance will automatically be debited from the same card a few days before the balance due date without notice.
If you would like to change your balance payment method please contact us as soon as you know.
Once payments are made you will receive formal confirmation via email.
Rules

>> Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
>> All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
>> Please note check-in and check-out times vary from chalet to chalet. If you do require a late check-out time, please speak to the chalet directly during your stay.
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of other guests. If in our opinion or in the opinion of any chalet manager or any other person in authority, your behaviour or that of any member of your party is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any of our other guests or any third party or damage to property, or to cause a delay or diversion to transportation, we reserve the right to terminate your booking arrangements with us immediately. In the event of such termination our liability to you and/or your party will cease and you and/or your party will be required to leave your accommodation or other service immediately. We will have no further obligations to you and/or your party.
You must not remove any of the contents from the property or make any addition or alteration to the property.
