A partial payment in the amount of 35% of the grand total is due no later than 2 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 56 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book.
If you choose to cancel your booking you must do so in writing. The date of cancellation shall be the date the cancellation letter/email is received by Chalet. The person submitting the booking form must authorise cancellation. Cancellation charges for the accommodation cost will be as follows:

We may in exceptional circumstances be required to cancel the booking in which case a full refund of all monies paid will be made to the client. We regret we cannot meet any expenses or losses that you may incur as a result of change or cancellation.

Please ensure that any bank transfer or currency exchange fees are carried by the sender. Chamonix Chalets should receive the exact amount of the booking deposit and/or balance quoted to you.
StripePayments by debit or credit card will include a secure Stripe processing and administration charge of 3.5% of the amount being paid which will be automatically added to the booking amount.
If you pay the deposit by card the balance will automatically be debited from the same card a few days before the balance due date without notice.
If you would like to change your balance payment method please contact us as soon as you know.
Once payments are made you will receive formal confirmation via email.

>> Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
>> All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
>> Please note check-in and check-out times vary from chalet to chalet. If you do require a late check-out time, please speak to the chalet directly during your stay.
All guests are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of other guests. If in our opinion or in the opinion of any chalet manager or any other person in authority, your behaviour or that of any member of your party is causing or is likely to cause distress, danger or annoyance to any of our other guests or any third party or damage to property, or to cause a delay or diversion to transportation, we reserve the right to terminate your booking arrangements with us immediately. In the event of such termination our liability to you and/or your party will cease and you and/or your party will be required to leave your accommodation or other service immediately. We will have no further obligations to you and/or your party.
You must not remove any of the contents from the property or make any addition or alteration to the property.
