Chalet Hepatica (sleeps 12)
The centre of the chalet is a huge 80 sqm open plan first floor living and dining space arranged around a stunning two way view log fire. On the ground floor are three bedrooms with two bathrooms and the living room and kitchen for a self-contained apartment. The basement has 2 more bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms and a sauna and gym area. One of the bedrooms can be accessed directly via a separate staircase inside the apartment or via an internal doorway into the main chalet.
The large rear garden features extensive decking with a red cedar hot tub sunk into the deck offering incredible views of the Bossons Glacier and Aiguille du Midi. There is off street private parking for up 5 cars and a fast charge electric car point. The chalet is incredibly well featured with smart controlled underfloor heating throughout and a state of art ventilation system to maintain fresh air and constant temperatures throughout. There is WI-FI internet access throughout the house and even the garden and ethernet ports in all the rooms. TV's in the main room and bedrooms can all receive both English and French channels and are also equipped with Netflix and access to a locally stored movie library.

To secure the booking, a partial payment of 30% of the quote, is due within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of €2,000.00] must be fully settled: within 56 days of the guest confirmation of intention to book.
Cancellation of Holiday: chalet reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel your holiday.
However, in no case will we cancel your holiday less than 8 weeks before the scheduled departure except for reasons of ‘force majeure’ which include war, political unrest, strikes, acts of God, natural and technical disaster, closure of ports and aircraft or unless the clients default in the payment of the balance of the holiday price.
In circumstances where we are unable to provide the holiday you have booked we will return to you all monies paid, or offer you an alternative holiday of similar standards and if the cancellation occurs within 12 weeks of departure, compensation on a similar scale to that shown in the Cancellation section.

Please ensure that any bank transfer or currency exchange fees are carried by the sender. Chamonix Chalets should receive the exact amount of the booking deposit and/or balance quoted to you.
StripePayments by debit or credit card will include a secure Stripe processing and administration charge of 3.5% of the amount being paid which will be automatically added to the booking amount.
If you pay the deposit by card the balance will automatically be debited from the same card a few days before the balance due date without notice.
If you would like to change your balance payment method please contact us as soon as you know.
Once payments are made you will receive formal confirmation via email.

Covid 19: In the event of France or Chamonix being placed into lockdown or restrictions that prevent tourist stays we will offer a full refund at any time.
Clients are liable for the cost of any damage to and chalet shall be entitled to recover costs from the clients if necessary before homeward transfer. The group leader shall be liable in the first instance for any claims against the party. chalet has the right to terminate a holiday if a client is harming the reputation of chalet, or causes offence to other clients, owners of chalet or to representatives of chalet, chalet will have no further contractual obligations to the client. If you are prevented from travelling because in the opinion of any person in authority you appear to be unfit to travel or likely to offend other passengers, our responsibility for your holiday ceases and no refund or compensation will be paid.
If any client suffers death, illness or injury whilst overseas arising out of activities which did not form part of the Foreign Inclusive Holiday Arrangement or excursion arranged through us we shall, at our discretion, offer advice guidance and assistance to help you in resolving any claim you may have against a third party, providing we are advised of the incident within 90 days of the occurrence. Where legal action is contemplated our authority must be obtained in writing prior to commencement of the proceedings and be subject to you undertaking to assign any costs recovered or any benefits under an appropriate insurance policy to ourselves. Our cost in respect of the above on behalf of you and your party shall not exceed _5,000 in total.
