The chalet is at few minutes from Chamonix center. Chalet surface is 365 m2. Property surface is 1 330 m2.The Ground floor has 4 en-suite bathroom and shower rooms, each with access to an outside terrace.
The Master bedroom is located on the upper level. The main living area on the upper floor is large, light and spacious, here you will find a large open plan kitchen. No expense has been spared on the spacious state of the art kitchen, with granite work surfaces and three ovens making it a dream for a professional chef to operate. The master suite is also situated on this level as well as an office, a living room with a log fire in stone.
The large hand made oak dining table can comfortably seat up to 16 people. The TV corner has got 3 confortable sofas and a large TV with Blue Ray DVD player and home cinema.TV corner with 3 sofas. Satelitte TV, Blue Ray DVD player, home cinema. One private office with a large table and a sofa bed. A vast mezzanine for kids with a TV and X box playstation with games and DVD.
Each bedroom has his own balcony. All the bathrooms are made with stones. Garage with ski rack and boots heater.The master bedroom is huge and beautifully decorated. The bathroom has 2 sinks and a bath with shower. Large kithchen with beautiful views of Chamonix valley. The kitchen is well equipped with 3 ovens, one big fridge, dish washer, 6 induction rings, coffe machine, Nespresso…The impressive floor to ceiling panoramic windows ensure each and every window gives an infinite and beautifulll view of the Chamonix valley and it's peaks. The balcony is perfect to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this charming property and unique location.

To secure the booking, a partial payment of 30% of the quote, is due within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of €2,000.00] must be fully settled: within 56 days of the guest confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
The deposit will not be refunded if the guest cancel the booking exept exeptional circumstances.

Please ensure that any bank transfer or currency exchange fees are carried by the sender. Chamonix Chalets should receive the exact amount of the booking deposit and/or balance quoted to you.
StripePayments by debit or credit card will include a secure Stripe processing and administration charge of 3.5% of the amount being paid which will be automatically added to the booking amount.
If you pay the deposit by card the balance will automatically be debited from the same card a few days before the balance due date without notice.
If you would like to change your balance payment method please contact us as soon as you know.
Once payments are made you will receive formal confirmation via email.

>> Checking at au Chalet Issac Mountain Lodge 5 star is from 4 pm and check out before 10 am.
