The outdoor hot tub & indoor sauna allows you to enjoy the spectacular panorama over the Mont Blanc mountain range whilst sipping a glass of champagne. Our friendly staff take great pride in our high level of hospitality. Excellent food and a warm welcome always await our guests.
The chalet has stunning panoramic views of the entire valley and is free standing with an impressively large private alpine garden opening up to the grandeur of the alpages.
The authentic alpine charm of Chamonix town centre is on our doorstep where you can enjoy the many bars with live bands, restaurants serving world class cuisine and excellent shopping. Chamonix awaits you with the spirit of outdoor adventures.

>> Welcome champagne reception
>> Continental or hot daily breakfast (between 8.00 - 9.00 a.m.)
>> Afternoon hot drinks, cakes and nibbles by the open fire on your return from the slopes (from 4.00 p.m.)
>> High quality 3 course evening meals with fine wine followed by tea, coffee & chocolates (apart from Wednesday which is the staff day off) (served at 7:30 p.m. and on arrival day no later than 8:30 p.m. after this time dinner is substituted soup & bread and a selection of cold options or the option to re-heat the set menu of that evening.)
>> We provide one morning drop off (departing the chalet at 9:00am) and one afternoon pick up (between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.) with the Ice & orange mini bus (8 seater) to and from your local desired ski area within the Chamonix valley (apart from wednesday which is the staff day off). This is a complementary ski-shuttle service only not an in-valley concierge service.

Payment Policies
To secure the booking, a partial payment of 50% of the quote, is due within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of €1,000.00] must be fully settled: within 56 days of the guest confirmation of intention to book.
Should a client find it necessary to cancel a booking before the commencement of the hire period, they should notify the owner immediately and any cancellation will be subject to the following terms:
More than 56 days' notice - loss of deposit
29 - 56 days' notice - 50% of total rental
15 - 28 days' notice - 75% of total rental
14 or less days' notice - loss of total rental.
The client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability, etc, since these are not covered by the owners' insurance.
The reservation is confirmed once your deposit of 50% has been received. (25% of this is non-refundable) Payment methods include: international bank transfer or card payment with visa, maestro or mastercard (1.5% card handling fee applies).
The payment of the balance of the hire charge is to be made 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment of the final balance is not forthcoming by the due date, the owner reserves the right to re-let the property.
Also to be paid at the same time as the final balance is cleaning/damages deposit of €500 for Tiki Lodge. However, the sum reserved by this clause shall not limit the client's liability to the owner. The owner will hold onto this cleaning/damages deposit and refund the balance of this deposit within 2 weeks after the end of the rental period If there are no additional cleaning/damages costs the full amount will be refunded.

Please ensure that any bank transfer or currency exchange fees are carried by the sender. Chamonix Chalets should receive the exact amount of the booking deposit and/or balance quoted to you.
StripePayments by debit or credit card will include a secure Stripe processing and administration charge of 3.5% of the amount being paid which will be automatically added to the booking amount.
If you pay the deposit by card the balance will automatically be debited from the same card a few days before the balance due date without notice.
If you would like to change your balance payment method please contact us as soon as you know.
Once payments are made you will receive formal confirmation via email.
Rules
>> Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
>> This a no-smoking property.
>> No pets allowed.
>> Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
>> All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
What happens on our staff day off? (Typically Wednesday)
Breakfast will be set for you the evening before, no staff will be present throughout breakfast on the Wednesday
We do not provide skil lifts on the staff day off. There are free public busses which stop close to our chalet which take you straight to and from the ski lifts of your choice
Rooms will not be serviced on this day
To travel to Chamonix Town for dinner, you can either take the free public Chamonix bus, or we can arrange a private taxi for you. The last public bus returns back to the chalet from town at 23:28pm.

We maintain a high standard of cleanliness in our property consequently we charge an obligatory end of stay cleaning fee of €60 euros. However, you are still expected to leave the chalet in a reasonable state of cleanliness, dishes should have been done, rubbish should have been taken out.
The owner shall not be liable to the client:
For any accident or injury to the client or any members of his/her party due to any cause whatsoever, nor for any loss or damage to personal goods or property during the hire period,
For any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the property or garden,
And under no circumstances will the owner's liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the hire period.
