The ground floor is bright and open-plan, with floor-to-ceiling windows, dining and sitting areas, and a sleek kitchen built around a large island. The interiors lean contemporary alpine, mixing warm timbers with stone bathroom floors and a crisp white and black palette that gives the whole place a subtly Italian feel.

There are four bedrooms , two doubles and two twins, along with 4 bathrooms and a separate toilet, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. Bedrooms come with blackout curtains and Egyptian cotton linen on Collineige’s signature beds.

A standout feature is the mezzanine lounge, a cosy spot with a projector TV, sofa and beanbags for film nights, plus a separate study area with mountain views for anyone who needs to get some work done. Outside, a large deck and garden are ideal for a summer barbecue or an après-ski drink with that mountain backdrop in view.

Do note the chalet isn’t suitable for children under 4, as the stairs are quite steep. It’s a great fit for a group of friends or a family with older kids who want to be close to the action in central Chamonix without giving up space or style.
