Chalet Sophia is located in Les Nantes, a well-positioned area just on the outskirts of Chamonix town centre, and within walking distance of the Savoy beginner area which in turn gives access to the cable car leading up to the Brevent and Flegere ski areas. This particular area of Chamonix Centre, although peaceful and private, is within walking distance of the Rue de Moulins, a buzzing hub of bars, restaurants and casual eateries. The Savoy ski area is perfect for families, beginner skiers, and also those wishing to access Brévent/Flegere on foot. Chamonix town centre is a hive of activity in winter and summer alike. It is a true town centre with plenty to see and do all year round, and a buzzing atmosphere with the most dramatic backdrop of the majestic Mont Blanc Massif.
