The holiday rental is located in one of the most well-connected areas, with three main ski lifts (Compagnie du Mont Blanc, Le Brévent, La Flégère), the Parc de Merlet, Chamonix Amusement Park, and the Musée Alpin Chamonix within 10-15 minutes’ walking distance. For adventure sports lovers too, the area is the perfect choice as parasailing, paragliding, and the famous Vallée Blanche (perfect for a number of winter sports) are just 5-10 minutes on foot from here.

Additional Service Charge

There is an additional service charge of  €355.00 for bookings of 7 days or less and €395.00 for bookings of more than 7 days.

Our service charge is inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied.

Bedroom 1: A large master bedroom with a double bed, direct garden access and a spacious wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: A cosy balcony bedroom with a double bed, mirror and modern wardrobes.
Bedroom 3: A twin bedroom with 2 single beds, direct balcony access and a wardrobe.

Bathroom 1: The stylish bathroom has a shower, WC and a washing machine.
Extra: There is an extra WC in the living area for added convenience.

Prices are on a self-catered basis.

The chalet owners offers the chalet with an additional service charge for the following booking durations and payable with the final balance payment along with Tourist tax as follows:

€405.00 for bookings of 7 days or less

€445.00 for bookings of more than 7 days

The service charge includes the following:

– Bed linen and towels
– End of stay clean

Tourist tax will be calculated and will be added to the balance payment after confirmation of how many adults and children are confirmed to stay in the chalet.

Perfect for summer relaxation, it was a lovely setting. Charming and peaceful, it was our ideal summer retreat. Great base for hiking, we enjoyed the beautiful views. Rustic and cozy, it was a perfect summer getaway.
