Adjacent to the open-plan reception area is a generous separate kitchen, equipped with top-quality appliances, including a cooker hob, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and a full fridge freezer. Step onto the private mountain-view terrace, boasting spectacular Mont Blanc vistas, ideal for savoring a glass of wine or hosting a BBQ feast in the summertime.

Additional amenities include a modern shower room, private laundry facilities, a private garden, and an outdoor parking space. It’s important to note that there is a self-contained apartment with a private entrance on the chalet’s ground floor, along with a private garage where the owner resides. Whilst the chalet isn’t exclusively private, the sections of the chalet are independent and self-contained from one another, and guests have private use of the terrace and outside parking space. Please note that the chimney is not to be used but has an artificial heating log.

Situated on a tranquil hillside location, the chalet is a convenient 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk from central Chamonix. Guests are conveniently placed within a 9-minute drive of the Accro Adventure Park and the Lac des Gaillands climbing wall. From this delightful holiday retreat, Geneva Airport is just a 76-minute drive away via the A40.
