On the upper floor, large bay windows open onto the famous Grands-Montets ski area, topped by the 4211 m of the Aiguille Verte. The panoramic view offers from the living room and the balcony a stunning scenery over the entire Mont-Blanc chain, from the Aiguille du Tour at the Swiss border, to the top of the Aiguille du Goûter.
You won't get tired of this unique panorama, from when the first spells of the sunrise reach over the mountains, to when the famous peaks ('Les Aiguilles') of Chamonix turn red as the sun sets.
A semi-professional and very versatile Bulthaup kitchen, equipped with Gaggenau appliances, has been designed for lovers of cooking, including a large range-cooker and a fantastic La Cornue rotisserie. This space is truly beautifully convivial and opens onto the elegant living and dining room, from where one can enjoy the stunning views.
This floor also contains the master bedroom and a small bedroom adjoining the living room, both equipped with their bathrooms, and is surmounted by a large mezzanine for additional guests.
The huge fireplace is installed in the former smoking room, 'la bourne', next to which the guest toilets have now also been cleverly installed!
On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, a superb 'atelier' bedroom and a children's bedroom that can accommodate additional beds. An entrance hall with boot warmer and wardrobe, guest toilet and laundry room are also on this floor.
The outdoor areas of Chalet Felicia are charming and picturesque, with lawns and beautiful flower beds, a furnished terrace and barbecue area with a wonderful mix of farm buildings and traditional Alpine chalets surrounding it in this authentic alpine hamlet.
