The central space offers an open plan where the dining room, kitchen and living room are united. Each of these spaces nevertheless offers a certain amount of privacy thanks to half partitions.The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar area, which is very practical at breakfast time.

The night area has 2 double bedrooms, 1 children’s bedroom with a single bed and 1 extra bedroom with a sofa bed, a bathroom, a shower room and two separate toilets. A laundry room and a garage with a shoe dryer complete the layout.
