Situated in the centre of the magnificent ski resort of Argentière, this self-catering family chalet is divided into two flats with two independent entrances, for a total of 4 bedrooms plus a mezzanine with a total capacity of 8 guests

Enjoying a sunny and comfortable ambiance, the residence features a seasonal communal swimming pool, tennis court, and shared garden for a delightful holiday experience. The main lounge is a welcoming space with sofas, a traditional Savoyard dining room, direct balcony access, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Sleeping arrangements include a cosy master bedroom with a double bed and a mezzanine with 5 single beds.

Sleeping:
Bedroom 1: A comfortable master bedroom with a double bed.
Bedroom 2: Located on the lower level, this bedroom has a double bed.
Extra: On the mezzanine landing there are 5 single beds and a sofa bed is available to sleep 1 guest.

Bathrooms:
There are 3 bathrooms inside the chalet: the first has a bath and toilet, the second has a bath with shower and toilet, and the third bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Additional features include a sunny private balcony, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, smoke detector, washing machine, ski storage, and access to a communal tennis court and swimming pool (seasonal). Public parking is available, and a ski boot warmer adds to the comfort. Please note that the swimming pool belongs to another complex within Résidence le Chardonne and is open from the 1st of July 2024 to the 31st of August 2025.

Argentiere is a charming, picturesque village near the top of the Chamonix Valley, at the foot of the majestic Grands Montets. Argentiere is a renowned destination for outdoor enthusiasts, attracting mountain lovers all year round. It is a truly beautiful village with classic alpine architecture, inviting cafés and traditional restaurants, buzzing and fun apres ski bars, all in a stunning mountain environment. The train and bus network provide easy access from Argentiere to Le Tour at the top of the valley, and also down to Chamonix which is located a 15 minute journey away.

Prices are on a self-catered basis.

The chalet owners offers the chalet with an additional service charge for the following booking durations and payable with the final balance payment along with Tourist tax as follows:

€405.00 for bookings of 7 days or less

€445.00 for bookings of more than 7 days

The service charge includes the following:

– Bed linen and towels
– End of stay clean

Tourist tax will be calculated and will be added to the balance payment after confirmation of how many adults and children are confirmed to stay in the chalet.
