Located within a 10-minute drive of the Le Tour ski lifts, Argentière’s amenities, and the ski slopes of Les Grands Montets, this traditional-style retreat recommends a 4×4 car due to its hamlet location.

Sleeping arrangements include a flexible guest room with two separate single beds and a writing desk, a child-friendly room with bunk beds and a wardrobe, and a restful double bedroom with a wardrobe. Bathrooms feature a full family suite with a bathtub, shower tap, washbasin, and WC, and a separate service WC with a washbasin and washing machine.

Additional amenities encompass free WiFi access, central heating, a raclette machine, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, ironing facilities, 29 internal steps, 4 external steps, a sunny wrap-around balcony with an alfresco dining set, a private garden, and uncovered private parking for one car. A car is essential, with a 4×4 car recommended due to the surroundings.

Chalet Viva is located in the hamlet of Montroc, tucked away at the very top of the Chamonix Valley past Argentiere and on the way up to the Le Tour ski area, which is a 4 minute drive (or bus ride) away. In the other direction, Argentiere is a 3 minute drive away. Argentiere is a charming, picturesque village near the top of the Chamonix Valley, at the foot of the majestic Grands Montets. Argentiere is a renowned destination for outdoor enthusiasts, attracting mountain lovers all year round. It is a truly beautiful village with classic alpine architecture, inviting cafés and traditional restaurants, buzzing and fun apres ski bars, all in a stunning mountain environment. The train and bus network provide easy access from Argentiere to Le Tour at the top of the valley, and also down to Chamonix which is located a 15 minute journey away.

Prices are on a self-catered basis.

The chalet owners offers the chalet with an additional service charge for the following booking durations and payable with the final balance payment along with Tourist tax as follows:

€405.00 for bookings of 7 days or less

€445.00 for bookings of more than 7 days

The service charge includes the following:

– Bed linen and towels
– End of stay clean

Tourist tax will be calculated and will be added to the balance payment after confirmation of how many adults and children are confirmed to stay in the chalet.
