Chalet Carlotta is located within a remarkable new development in Les Praz, Chamonix. Recently designed in collaboration with a local interior designer, this chalet offers guests access to an incredible wellness centre that includes a pool, sauna, gym, and climbing wall.

The chalet has been thoughtfully designed to create a sense of openness and spaciousness, despite its compact size. It features modern-rustic furnishings that prioritise comfort and luxury during your stay. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area boasts underfloor heating, and for warm summer nights, there’s a portable air conditioner unit. A large smart TV with streaming services like Netflix, Prime, and Disney, along with complimentary Wi-Fi, ensure you stay entertained and connected.

The fully-equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, and milk frother. The luxurious shower room offers modern amenities, underfloor heating, and an electric towel rail.

Guests at Chalet Carlotta enjoy full access to the communal facilities of the development, including the opulent Wellness Spa featuring a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, and climbing wall. Laundry facilities are also available on-site. Additionally, there’s a spacious communal lounge with a gas fireplace, library, TVs, pool table, baby-foot, and a children’s play area.

Please be aware that the steps leading up to the mezzanine bedroom area are quite steep and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. For those who prefer not to navigate the mezzanine, there’s a sofa bed in the living area. Guests can also take advantage of the outdoor spaces, lounging by the picturesque lake or enjoying breakfast and picnics on the spacious private terrace while taking in magnificent views of Mt-Blanc.

Chalet Carlotta is located in Les Praz, a beautiful little traditional village in the heart of the Chamonix valley, surrounded by enchanted woodlands. There is a little grocery store, some lovely bars and restaurants, ski hire, and of course the lift station, taking you up to the Flegere ski area (which also links to Brévent). In the summer months Les Praz is just stunning, with river walks, balcon sud hiking and bike trails, Paradis de Praz enchanted forest, and the Chamonix Golf Club. Les Praz is linked to the rest of the Chamonix Valley via the train (station within walking distance from the village centre), and the valley buses.

Chalet Carlotta provided an opulent retreat with its plush furnishings and attentive service. The outdoor hot tub was a sanctuary of relaxation, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Alps.
